Sharon Mitchell Consultant | Corporate & Commercial Team

Expertise

I work with directors, managers and entrepreneurs to sharpen the legal foundations that keep their businesses moving, from intellectual property rights and IT contracts to funding, acquisitions, joint ventures and day-to-day trading terms.

My background spans in-house roles and advisory work for other professionals, giving me a breadth of experience few can match. That means I can read the legal implications of a situation quickly, whether it’s a one-off transaction or an ongoing relationship, and get straight to what matters. I help clients build strategies that meet their objectives while keeping risk to a minimum, so they can focus on growing the business rather than second-guessing the legal position.

Whatever the challenge, I bring clarity and pace to complex commercial questions, translating detail into decisions clients can act on with confidence.
