PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR

We are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor looking to take that next step in their career, joining our growing Property Dispute Resolution team based in St Albans. The successful candidate will have commercial property litigation experience in areas such as lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, service charges, rent reviews and trespass. They will also, ideally, have some experience in residential property litigation in particular in lease extension and enfranchisement. There is some flexibility on experience levels, and we would like to hear from candidates from 5 years PQE up to a more senior level.

SA LAW TRAINEE SOLICITORS

We recruit trainees annually and our 2018/19 Trainee Solicitor recruitment process has now closed. The closing date for the 2019/20 applications will be 31 March 2019.

We look for people with technical legal ability, commercial instinct and strong interpersonal skills. To be successful you will also need to able to demonstrate that you are committed to a career in law as a commercial or private client solicitor. We require a minimum of a 2.1 at degree level (any discipline) and you must have completed your LPC by June 2019.

From the minute you join us, you will be actively involved at SA Law. Not only will you be given responsibility and interesting, challenging, and varied work, our small trainee intake means you will be recognised as an individual. We offer four six-month seats across our six legal practice groups, giving each trainee a range of different experiences, before deciding which area of law they would like to qualify into.
