Workers Who Breach Proposed Anti-Strike Law En Masse 'Unlikely' to Face Sackings

Lawyers from several UK firms have said that employers are unlikely to want to sack their workers over breach of the proposed law

After the Government proposed a legislation on minimum service levels during strikes, lawyers from several UK firms have said that it is unlikely to work, and there will be multiple options available to employers for dealing with workers who ignore a ‘work notice’ that requires them to work on strike days.
