The Issues Around The Building Safety Act

Since The Building Safety Act became enforceable in 2022, there has been an abundance of confusion surrounding the regulations that were brought in as part of the implementation of the BSA.

Robert Ryall and Helen Young were asked to discuss why the BSA has caused so many issues, and the situation it is putting construction companies in as a result of it.
