SA Law has promoted five lawyers to the roles of Principal Associate and Senior Associate, underscoring the firm’s continued commitment to investing in talent and building a team which provides exceptional service to clients.

These latest promotions recognise the hard work, expertise and dedication of lawyers in both the business and individual legal services departments.

The newly promoted lawyers and their areas of expertise are:

• Liz Orman, Principal Associate, Family Law, covers all family issues, including financial and children matters for married, unmarried, and LGBTQ+ couples, and she is a member of Resolution. Liz has vast experience handling cases involving children (which often involve addiction or domestic violence issues), non-molestation orders, and occupation orders under the Family Law Act.
• Amy Osman, Senior Associate, Wills, Trusts, & Probate, advises clients on the preparation of wills, the drafting of trusts, and lasting power of attorney – covering both financial matters and health and care decisions. She regularly works with complex, high-value estates and provides expertise on matters such as estate administration, business property relief, inheritance tax, grants of representation and intestacy.
• Anne Stockley, Senior Associate, Wills, Trusts, & Probate, helps clients with every aspect of estate administration and the drafting of wills. This includes regularly advising on power of attorney and court of protection issues, as well as protections for vulnerable beneficiaries. Anne has a particular specialism in intestacy cases where the deceased assets are held across multiple jurisdictions.
• Emily Morrison, Senior Associate, Employment, works closely with both businesses and individuals on a comprehensive range of workplace employment-related matters. She provides guidance on both contentious and advisory issues and is well regarded for her experience in unfair dismissals, disability and gender discrimination claims and collective employment matters.
• Simon Foxcroft, Senior Associate, Property Dispute Resolution, handles all types of landlord and tenant disputes relating to both commercial and residential properties acting for both landlords and tenants, freeholders and leaseholders. He also advises on private property disputes, such as boundary disputes, building disputes, party wall act agreement disputes, and TOLATA ownership disputes.
