I cover a broad range of employment law matters, advising both businesses and individuals on contentious and non-contentious employment-related matters. I help employers and employees achieve favourable commercial outcomes with minimal legal risk.

I advise organisations on matters such as drafting staff handbooks, contracts and company policies that meet their specific objectives, as well as supporting clients with strategic advice on day to day legal and HR issues impacting their business. Where required, I also act for organisations defending them against Employment Tribunal claims.

Individuals ask my advice on their employment rights, in particular when advising employees on a settlement agreement. I support them through the negotiation process, and I am also able to negotiate a favourable exit package on their behalf.
