FAMILY MEDIATION
When you’re in the middle of a divorce or separation, you might be able to solve some difficult issues yourself – even if you need some support to do it. Family mediation helps you talk through your options and make decisions together. Without having the courts decide it all for you.

KEEPING CONTROL IN YOUR HANDS
Family break-ups are never easy – especially if you have to go to court. If you have issues to work through, mediation can help you address some of the biggest unknowns. What happens to your home? Who will the children live with? Who will pay their school fees?
Mediation is a process designed to reduce stress, avoid uncertainty and speed up decisions. It’s an opportunity for both parties to talk things through, appreciate each other’s views, and reach a mutually acceptable resolution. Throughout these talks, a mediator leads the discussions, keeping everything calm, positive and moving in the right direction.
Our accredited mediators are legal experts with the people skills to put you at ease – we’re also accredited to work in mediation directly with children. We know how to ease tensions, when to challenge – and how to turn discussions into agreements. And all the way, you stay in control of the process, the pace, and the decisions.
If mediation doesn’t work for you, then arbitration or collaborative law could be the way.
