Starling Bank unfairly treated asthmatic lawyer, tribunal finds

Starling Bank's unfair treatment of an asthmatic lawyer is a clear reminder that failing to accommodate an employee's remote working needs could be disability and/or sex discrimination.

In a recently published article in International Employment Lawyer, James Cresswell comments on the lack of sympathy and unfair treatment Newman showed an employee who needed to work from home due to her asthma.
