SA Law is carefully monitoring the escalating coronavirus situation. We are taking appropriate actions with the wellbeing of our clients, colleagues and our wider community being foremost in our minds.
We have successfully implemented home working for both lawyers and business operations staff.
Clients should be reassured that our business infrastructure fully supports remote working and as such we are able to maintain the usual high level of service. Our lawyers remain available to support you in any way we can and we'd be delighted to hear from you.
We are happy to offer telephone, conferencing or video calls with our legal teams as well as staying in touch as normal via email to ensure the continued progress of cases and fulfilment of your legal objectives whilst minimising risk of spreading the virus at this time.
Our London office closed at 5.15pm on 17th March 2020 and will remain closed until further notice, however our St Albans office remains open with a skeleton team of staff. We have made arrangements to ensure that post and deliveries to the offices are dealt with.
Please note during the office closure SA Law will accept service of documents by e-mail but not by fax during this period.
For the time being our St Albans office remains open for clients only in circumstances where a visit is absolutely essential and for no more than 2 people. The recommended 6ft/2m distance will be upheld at all times and additional hygiene measures have ofcourse been put in place. Other than essential visits, we advise that you do not attend in person and that we work together ‘virtually.’
In the case of essential meetings in our offices, we will be asking attendees routine questions in advance about recent travel and possible exposure.
If you have any queries related to appointments, call our St Albans team on 01727 798000 send us a message via LiveChat or contact your existing legal advisor directly.
You can view all of our team members and their direct telephone or email address details here.
The safety of our clients, colleagues and our wider community is paramount, but so too is ensuring that the high level of service expected by our clients is unaffected. We believe the measures we have taken represent the most prudent course of action to achieve that balance.
We have suspended our events and seminar programmes, but we will remain in close contact with you and provide updates as the situation evolves. Please do connect with us via social media to recieve the latest updates and helpful commentary.
If there is anything we can do to support you in the face of the coronavirus pandemic from a legal perspective, please let us know.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding during this challenging time.
We will remain in close contact with you and provide updates as the situation evolves.
