Napping at Work

Time to embrace the power of the power nap?

Christine Caffrey was asked to discuss whether naps should be encouraged in the workplace after new research revealed naps are good for brain health and may help to ward off dementia and other neurological conditions.

Christine comments on the legalities at play if employers were to encourage a quick forty winks to refresh during the working day, and the business impact they could have if they were to be permitted.
