How to Handle Disciplinary Issues

Now that we’re at the end of lockdowns and restrictions, Christmas parties have returned, and on a larger scale than previous years. HR managers are all too aware that the Christmas party season is often followed by ‘disciplinary season’.

In a recently published article in First Voice, James Cresswell discusses ways in which SMEs should handle disciplinary issues they may encounter in the workplace, and what policies should be in place when doing so.
