Alia Javid Associate Solicitor | Real Estate Team

Expertise

I advise businesses, landlords, tenants and property owners on commercial property matters. That covers sales and purchases, leases, lease renewals and extensions, licences, refinancing, transfers and wider landlord and tenant issues.

My approach is practical and thorough. I explain matters clearly, keep clients updated and keep transactions moving efficiently, so the legal process stays as straightforward as it can be.

I work closely with clients to understand what they’re trying to achieve. Where issues arise, I find practical solutions. I also work with colleagues across the team and the wider firm whenever a matter needs input from other areas.

Before law, I worked in Accounting and Finance. That gives me a strong commercial and financial background, and it complements my work in Real Estate.
