Fraudulent school place applications

Clare Mackay was on BBC London 94.9 this morning talking to Penny Smith & Paul Ross about School Admission Appeals after reports that 10% of Parents in a London borough were found to have falsified information about their address or their living situation in order to secure their child’s place at school.

The parents now risk prosecution which could lead to community service and a fine of £500.
