CFOs and other directors can use the collapse of NMCN to put their own house in order and help ward-off the impact of recessionary forces.

Ongoing investigations into the failure of NMCN plc, which went into administration last year, seem likely to drudge up missed opportunities and identify failures to act that could have prevented its collapse.
