Welcome Simran Gupta

We are delighted to welcome a new team member to our expanding Family law team. Simran Gupta joins us this month from London firm TV Edwards, bringing extensive expertise in matters relating to children including international children cases..

Simran’s experience includes wardship, relocation and child abduction. She is a member of the Child Abduction Lawyers’ Association, and has successfully secured the return of children abducted to the UK, as well as those abducted from the UK and taken abroad. She is also experienced in resolving issues where drug/alcohol addiction, domestic abuse and other serious welfare concerns are present.

Overall, Simran is a broad-based family lawyer who advises on the full range of issues that can flow from relationship breakdown, including financial matters.

We look forward to introducing you to Simran over the coming months.
