We are delighted to announce an exciting new era for our Real Estate team. This month, Claire Saffer, a planning specialist, will be expanding our expertise in this complex and demanding field of law.

Claire previously worked at city firm CMS and boutique Mayfair firm Forsters, where she contributed to their highly regarded planning team that drew strong recommendations from independent legal sector researchers Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500.

Claire will focus on delivering the planning needs of our real estate clients across the many sectors we work in, particularly retail, healthcare and leisure.

Her expertise spans all planning aspects of the property development life cycle, with many high-profile project successes to her name. She is also experienced in the contentious planning matters and has helped to resolve them to her clients’ advantage on numerous occasions.

Claire’s expertise covers a broad range of work in which planning is a critical component, including business acquisitions and disposals. She is also known for her contributions to existing developments, where she helps owners to unlock further value within their investments.

We look forward to introducing you to Claire over the coming weeks.

Claire says: “I’m thrilled to be working with SA Law’s Real Estate department, which I know offers the level of expertise and client care I’m used to delivering. Planning is a crucial aspect of any development, and I’m looking forward to deepening the expertise within the team to help clients achieve greater success with their projects".
