HR publication, Reward Strategy, has published an article about a warehouse worker going viral on TikTok after documenting her experience of harassment at work.

Commenting on an employers’ duties to protect staff, employment partner, Beth Leng, commented that ‘it is appalling women feel the need to alter their appearance due to fears of a male gaze. Workplaces should be safe spaces for people to come together to work professionally and safely. Sexual harassment, in all its forms, must be eradicated within the workplace. Employers already have various legal duties relating to the health and safety of their staff at work and in respect of all forms of discrimination and harassment.’
