SA Law is proud to announce that it has been awarded Lexcel, the national Law Society’s legal practice quality mark for the sixteenth year running.
Lexcel accredits firms that have high standards of client care, risk management and people management. To be awarded and retain Lexcel recognition, firms must undergo a rigorous assessment process. 1,600 firms have Lexcel accreditation and SA Law has a dedicated multi-disciplinary client care team who are responsible for managing and maintaining its award.
Lexcel specifically commended SA Law for its people management, with the firm’s wellbeing policies and initiatives exceeding the minimum Lexcel requirements. In particular, Lexcel was impressed with the mental health support provided to employees, which included the training of Mental Health First Aiders who host open-door sessions; the firm’s Menopause Policy, and the creation of Menopause Champions; and SA Law’s commitment to being a Disability Confident Employer.
Steve Ryan, Managing Partner of SA Law said: “We are thrilled that Lexcel has granted us this accolade, recognising our holistic ‘one firm’ approach to helping clients and their legal needs. The Lexcel award provides confidence to those looking for legal advice, as well as our valued clients and referrers of the quality, competence and reliability of SA Law’s legal services.
“In securing Lexcel on a yearly basis, our firm has demonstrated its consistent approach to its values, as well as our commitment to a culture of quality and transparency. This is further evidenced by our long-term successes in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners rankings, as well as our Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme Mark.
“These couldn’t be achieved without the professionalism and dedication of our teams, who go above and beyond to provide excellent client care and ensure compliance, as well as create a positive work environment which encourages all staff to reach their potential and feel supported in doing so.”
