Social media is a powerful tool, but bad posts by employees could cause damage.

Any flippant post about a bad day, bad boss, or bad employee can spark a ‘Twitterstorm’, as can office party photos that capture moments of misbehaviour.

The question is: Can you dictate what your employees do on their own social media accounts, even out of office hours?
