Expertise

With over 12 years’ experience across Hertfordshire, I advise local and national clients on all aspects of commercial real estate. My clients range from local developers, companies and charities to lenders and high-net-worth private individuals, and I handle everything from landlord and tenant matters to property finance and investment purchases and disposals.

Property development is a core part of my practice. I act for both developers and landowners on residential, commercial and mixed-use sites, locally and nationally, guiding clients through complex transactions from site acquisition to plot sale. I draft and negotiate promotion agreements, put and call options, joint venture agreements, and conditional and unconditional contracts, with a consistent focus on practical, commercially minded advice.

I also support clients with the full range of estate management work, including agreements for lease, leases, licences to assign, deeds of surrender and other ancillary documentation, helping them manage their property interests with confidence at every stage.

Outside of work, I’m mum to Xander and Matilda, who keep me busy. Last year I became a governor of Aboyne Lodge Primary School in St Albans, supporting the school’s governance and strategic development.

• Property development for both landowners and developers, including site acquisition, development funding, plot sale set-up, promotion agreements, option agreements and overage agreements.
