I advise a range of clients including local developers, charities, lenders and high net worth private clients on all aspects of commercial property.

I have particular expertise in property development and work with both developers and landowners in respect of residential, commercial and mixed use sites, both locally and nationally. I have a significant amount of experience in drafting and negotiating promotion agreements, put and call options, joint venture agreements and conditional and unconditional contracts.

I also have considerable experience of landlord and tenant matters, including agreements for lease, leases, licences to assign and deeds of surrender.
