Umaira Chaudhary Paralegal | Real Estate Team

Expertise

I’m an experienced property paralegal, specialising in post-completion matters across residential and commercial transactions. I prepare and submit SDLT returns, lodge Land Registry applications and make sure every post-completion requirement is dealt with accurately and on time.

I work closely with clients, solicitors, lenders and other third parties to keep matters moving. That means minimising delays, resolving requisitions and making sure compliance requirements are met. I also support fee earners with the administrative and compliance tasks that follow a property completion.

My approach is efficient, proactive and client-focused. I take pride in accuracy and organisation, and I contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team. The aim is simple: make it easier to deliver the right result for every client.
