Saira Mahmood Associate Solicitor | Real Estate team

Expertise

I am a property solicitor with over 20 years conveyancing experience. I am well versed in managing both freehold and leasehold transactions, as well as matters involving unregistered land, new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity, and right-to-buy schemes.

Having trained and qualified at a city-based firm, I have experience working on high-net-worth transactions and thrive under pressure, particularly when working to demanding deadlines. I am highly client-focused and take pride in delivering exceptional levels of client care. I always strive to provide a bespoke service that is tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.

I work effectively within a team environment and am always willing to offer support and guidance to colleagues. I believe this collaborative approach helps a positive atmosphere within the department and contributes to our shared success.

Key Experience

I have advised on a wide range of property transactions, including the purchase of a property at auction for a corporate client involving a mortgage lender, where I successfully met a tight deadline. My experience also includes handling plot purchases and the acquisition of new build properties. I have dealt with the first registration of complex unregistered titles and managed the sale of unregistered land.
