I can assist with all aspects of the law as it relates to families and partners, particularly relationship breakdown and the wide range of financial and children issues that can arise as a result.

I have particular expertise in the needs of high-net-worth individuals when it comes to dividing matrimonial finances, and am also experienced in resolving domestic violence situations.

I love working in family law as it enables me to help clients through a difficult time in their lives. I assist by providing realistic and pragmatic legal advice that will achieve the best possible outcome, and have an excellent track record of achieving outstanding results for my clients.

I am dual qualified to practice law in England & Wales and the United States, which can be extremely valuable for international families and relationships. I was born in the former Soviet Union in the former Republic of Ukraine, under the surname Zhalkovsky and Russian is my native language. My family relocated to the United States when I was 10 years old. I have first-hand experience of the difficulties faced by expats when dealing with foreign laws and regulations in their new home country, and I am proud to be able to assist Russian-speaking expats to navigate the English family law system in their own language.
