I lead SA Law’s Commercial Property team, covering a broad range of property matters. I work closely with clients, colleagues and other professional advisors to find practical solutions, keeping projects on track from start to finish and ensuring deadlines are met.

My practice spans commercial and residential development, landlord and tenant work, and property acquisitions and disposals, alongside supervision of the firm’s plot sales team. Whether supporting developers on complex schemes, advising investors or overseeing high-volume transactions, I focus on clear, pragmatic advice that helps clients achieve their goals.

Collaboration sits at the heart of how I work. I draw on expertise from across the firm to deliver a seamless, commercially focused service, and I’m equally committed to supporting and developing junior team members, helping build a positive and successful team culture.

Throughout my career, I’ve played a leading role in major development projects and property transactions, building long-standing client relationships and contributing to their continued growth and success.

Key Experience

• Lead partner on numerous residential development projects, covering land acquisition, planning permission, easements and covenants, section agreements, and site set-up through to plot sales
• Joint lead partner on a greenfield land sale by a higher education college to a residential developer, with a base price of almost £100m and potential GDV of over £300m, including complex security arrangements for deferred consideration
• Lead partner on a nationwide EV charging point roll-out, negotiating development agreements and leases with landowners, DNOs and iDNOs
• Lead partner on numerous commercial development matters, from site acquisition through planning to occupational leases, including overage, title and access issues
