SA Law shares fourth edition of popular community recipe book

Challenging local foodies - Make a dish from the SA Law Recipe Book and share your culinary success
Tue 11th Sep 2018

SA Law is challenging foodies to discover something new within the pages of their recently published recipe book. Simply pick a dish or cocktail and share a photograph of your creation via Twitter @SALaw or Instagram using #FoodforThought

The 4th edition of the SA Law Recipe Book has been published to coincide with the 11th St Albans & Harpenden Food and Drink Festival and may be downloaded from www.salaw.com

This year, choose from cocktails, savoury dishes, puddings and cakes with names such as Toad of Toad Hall’s Toad in the Hole, Nain’s Bara Brith, and Cheats Chocolaty Churros. All recipes have been submitted by locals including chefs Andrei Lussmann and the team at The Nut Tree Inn, members of the SA Law team and their business partners. Many recipes are accompanied by some very useful wine pairings courtesy of Julia Jenkins of Flagship Wines.

“The team at SA Law love food and are very proud sponsors of the St Albans & Harpenden Food and Drink Festival which celebrates the diversity of culinary delights and produce available across the local area. The festival is a great time to try something new or different - and this is why we publish such a range of recipes inside our popular recipe book. Download our recipe book free of charge, try something a little bit different and enjoy!” Steve Ryan, Managing Partner

The 2018 Food Festival returns this autumn from 26th September - 8th October and will showcase the fantastic range of food, drink and produce available throughout the St Albans District. A number of events are being hosted by local businesses during the Festival.

SA Law wishes the organisers and all attendees a fantastic Food Festival 2018.
Now go eat, drink and be merry!
