Settling the bill

A bill making its way through parliament could have a big impact on how matrimonial finances are addressed post-divorce, writes Marilyn Bell.

Baroness Deech’s Bill to reform divorce has had its second reading. There is much debate on the impact if the Bill becomes law.

In this article in STEP Journal, Marilyn Bell explains the impact for high-net-worth couples and for those advising couples of the bill.
