EU data is slowing the divorce process

In The Times The Brief, Marilyn Bell, head of family at SA Law discusses how the General Data Protection Regulations may inadvertently slow down the divorce process. 

Marilyn examines how the already-hostile atmosphere of divorce could now be made more difficult by the GDPR. The new legislation might provide a reluctance to disclose information and slow down proceedings.
