Teaching assistant who raised concerns over 9/11 footage wins victimisation case

Partner Keely Rushmore comments in People Management on a recent case which saw a Muslim teacher win for unfair dismissal after she was sacked for objecting to young children being shown graphic footage from the 9/11 attacks. She is also looking to appeal the decision that she was not discriminated against because of her religion.

Keely examines whether there was a question of religious discrimination and what this case means for employers.
