Insolvency, Employees and what HR needs to know

In recent months, a number of high profile insolvencies have hit the headlines, and there seems no sign of these abating.

Partner, Keely Rushmore and Senior Associate, Nat Young have written for the HR Director (HRD) in relation to the increase of high profile insolvencies.

They express the fact that "recent news coverage has often focused on the job losses that are likely to follow the insolvency. However, the actual effect of insolvency on jobs is complex".

They also discuss the different forms of insolvency and how each can affect employees in a different way.
