All's not well with equity

Keely Rushmore comments in The Law Society Gazette on companies that constrict their gender pay gap.

Keely said that excluding equity partners renders figures meaningless. "Partners are the most senior- and the most highly remunerated - individuals within a firm, and the inclusion of their data is, therefore, potentially, the most telling."
