Welcome Emma Gross

We are delighted to welcome employment solicitor Emma Gross, who was formerly with Buckinghamshire firm Blaser Mills.

Emma is an excellent addition to the Employment Department, and brings her experience of resolving many complex and sensitive situations that can threaten an employer-employee relationship. This includes particular expertise in litigation and in relation to restrictive covenants.

Emma has an exceptional track record of success at employment tribunals, and has been praised for her ability to prepare cases diligently and to represent clients all the way through to a satisfactory outcome.

Emma also benefits from two years ‘client-side’ before she trained to be a solicitor. She worked in the HR Department of a prominent London charity, which gave her an exceptional grounding in the practical needs of a busy employment function, and a keen understanding of the best way to maintain a positive relationship with staff members.

We look forward to introducing Emma to you over the coming months.
