Welcome Alasdair Bleakley

Our latest recruit is senior commercial specialist Alasdair Bleakley, who joins us as a partner in our Corporate and Commercial team.

Welcome to Alasdair Bleakley.

Formerly with the London office of Addleshaw Goddard, Alasdair brings a vast amount of general commercial experience in day-to-day operations and large transactions. He offers particular knowledge of the retail, financial services, FMCG and technology sectors, and has worked on projects and matters for many household names. Prior to joining, Alasdair has carried out on site assignments in-house for: a market leading mobile phone provider, a leading retail and commercial bank, a major British multinational retailer and a Hertfordshire headquartered British food manufacturer.

Alasdair is also a specialist in technology and intellectual property law, with many complex and high-profile matters to his name. Clients benefit from his ability to deliver solid contracts and agreements that optimise success and minimise risk, while protecting an organisation’s most valuable assets from exploitation by competitors.

We welcome Alasdair to SA Law, and hope you have an opportunity to meet him in the near future.

Chris Wilks,
Head of the Corporate & Commercial team.
