Employers feel unprepared for GDPR deadline

Partner, Keely Rushmore comments in People Management on suggestions that 60% of businesses felt unable to get everything prepared for the GDPR. 

She expresses how HR professionals need to make sure they’ve gained explicit and unambiguous consent to process employee data.

“Training is imperative and it’s not too late. Staff will need to be trained on all data protection policies and procedures and HR will no doubt be instrumental in implementing and delivering this training.
