Introducing Nikita Sonecha

We are extremely pleased to welcome employment expert Nikita Sonecha to our employment team, who joins us from London and Reading firm Clarkslegal.

Nikita is a broad-based employment solicitor, skilled in helping organisations and individuals with all aspects of employment law, helping them to resolve issues, as well as minimising the risk of them arising in the first place.

Nikita has been helping organisations to prepare for the advent of the GDPR. She has given seminars on how to meet its requirements and can advise organisations on what they need to do to ensure that their employment practices are compliant.
