Introducing Vanessa Crawley

We’re delighted to introduce you to the newest member of the SA Law Corporate team, Vanessa Crawley.

Qualifying as a lawyer in 2008, Vanessa has a strong background in corporate law, and will be helping SA Law’s diverse client base with a full range of commercial situations. In particular, clients will benefit from her extensive experience in business acquisitions and disposals, franchise arrangements and joint ventures.

Vanessa’s career has seen her work with organisations of all sizes, with a strong understanding of the unique needs of private limited companies, family-run businesses and entrepreneurs.

She also offers a keen understanding of media production, having worked for the BBC in Manchester after being awarded a place on its Mentor Project.

After qualifying as a solicitor, she joined Berg Solicitors in Manchester before moving to Hertfordshire.

Vanessa currently lives in St Albans with her husband and two children, and is happy to be joining SA Law. “It’s exciting to be part of such a dynamic corporate and commercial team,” she comments. “I look forward to meeting and working with existing and new clients over the coming weeks.”

As well as joining our team, we are pleased to announce that Vanessa has been appointed to the board of the Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce.
