Introducing Eleanor Grindley

I am delighted to announce that property litigation specialist Eleanor Grindley joins us this month to help meet the fast-growing demand for SA Law’s Property Dispute Resolution service.

Eleanor joins us from a London practice, where she gained extensive experience working with landlords, management companies and tenants across a broad range of dispute situations.

She adds to the team’s niche expertise in leasehold enfranchisement law, and has particular strength in the interpretation of contract clauses, and how to remove, vary or enforce lease terms and restrictive covenants.

Eleanor says:

I’m very excited to join SA Law. I was aware of the strong reputation of the Property Dispute Resolution team, and the extensive breadth of advice they provide. I’m looking forward to meeting the clients, and working with everyone over the coming years to expand the team’s profile even further.
