I specialise in all aspects of property dispute resolution – providing expert advice to developers, investors, landlords and tenants of commercial and residential property.
I advise and represent landlords and tenants in relation to business lease renewals, rent reviews, forfeiture, dilapidations and contract terminations as well as a wide range of general obligations inherent in the landlord and tenant relationship.
I advise landowners and developers on an equally broad range of issues including the removal/enforcement of restrictive covenants, claims for adverse possession and general disputes on title.
My clients include managing agents, investors, and housing associations.
I have been working with national and independent retailers in the management of their property portfolio in excess of 10 years. I am currently speaking with the British Retail Consortium’s Property Group in the cross sector review of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 to ensure that suggested reform best protects retailer’s interests.
