I help employers and employees with all aspects of employment law, whether advising on preventative measures or representing them in disputes. This includes extensive expertise gained in the fields of restrictive covenants and employee confidentiality issues, disciplinary and grievance issues, as well as the drafting of contracts, policies, procedures and employee communications.
Clients benefit from my commercial knowledge as well as my broad experience of bringing and defending Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal claims. Whilst experienced in all matters, I have particular knowledge in cases which involve the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations.
