If you require an interpreter, you will need to budget separately for this. We suggest a budget of £1000 to £2500, which should allow for 10-25 hours of work.
In some cases, we may need to charge an hourly rate to undertake your application.
Factors that can affect legal costs include the number of dependants, whether there is any adverse immigration history and the urgency with which a visa is required. For example, applications undertaken on behalf of a single applicant who has never previously been refused a visa and has no imminent travel planned will be at the lower end of our fee range. If there are multiple applicants or immigration history (and corresponding supporting documentation) is particularly complicated then this will be at the higher end of our range.
Simply contact us on for a confidential discussion about your visa requirements, and we can explain what will be required, and how much it is likely to cost.
Home Office fees
Visa application fees are paid directly to the Home Office as part of the application process. You can learn about these fees on the Home Office website.
