In-House Lawyer Forum: GDPR one year on and Change Management

Our latest forum for In-House Lawyers will be discussing the impact of the GDPR, a year since it was introduced. As part of this, we will be analysing how it has already impacted and continues to impact on day-to-day operations, the rise of the dreaded SAR and a specific focus on data processing traps in contracts and negotiations.

We will also be exploring Change Management, which was another popular topic amongst previous attendees. The GDPR has significantly impacted on organisational adjustments and although it is not the only reason for implementing change, it must be considered as one that has organisation-wide impact. Primarily, we will cover why change has to be managed, the types of change management, and putting change management into practice.

SA Law seminars give you a chance to put your questions to our expert panel and network with fellow in-house solicitors.
