The Employment Source October 2017

This edition focuses on improving your workplace culture.

This month’s edition of The Employment Source focuses on managing workplace culture. From dealing with employees' behaviour outside of the workplace to combating harassment within the office. We also consider the benefits and pitfalls of implementing a flexible workforce and have created a downloadable comic strip on the best ways forward if an employee's productivity starts to dwindle.

It is a special edition of 'Insight into the life and career of' for us at SA Law, as we've decided to point the finger at our very own Gill Garrett and Sam Walsh who offer interesting perspectives on promoting a strong workforce culture.

Speaking of events, we are also holding a GDPR seminar on the 7th November which is essential for any senior director or manager with responsibility for customer or employee data. To find out more and to book your place, click here.

We are always trying to improve our forums and make sure they are exactly what you want and need. Please help us by filling out this 2 minute survey so we can ensure you get the most out of our 2018 HR Forum schedule.

We hope to see you at one of our HR Forums soon. As always, feel free to share this with friends and colleagues too.
