In the event that the winner fails to provide an address for delivery of the prize, rejects the offer of the prize, fails to meet the eligibility requirements or is otherwise disqualified or fails to comply with these terms and conditions, then the winner shall forfeit their right to receive the prize and the Promoter shall select another winner at random, who will be offered the prize. This process may be repeated until such time as the prize can be awarded to a valid winner.
Entrants accept that, if they win the prize, the Promoter shall have the right to use their name for promotional purposes and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by the Promoter relating to any post-event publicity.
The name of the prize winner will be published on this website and social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or alter its terms and conditions at any time. The competition may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
In the event of a discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the details in any promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided, or referred to, at the time of entry), the details of these terms and conditions shall prevail.
