Entrants can enter the prize draw by submitting their name, surname, company name and email address via the form above.
By entering this competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
Only subscribers to The Source, SA Law’s bi-monthly email newsletter, who had subscribed prior to 4th October 2016 are eligible to enter the competition.
The competition will start on Tuesday 4th October 2016. The competition shall close at midday on Tuesday 11th October 2016. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
Entry is open to residents of the UK only. Entrants must be 18 or over.
The winner will be selected at random by a computer process on Wednesday 12th October 2016.
The selection of the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into over it.
The prize is a £100 voucher to be used at Dylan’s The King’s Arms, St Albans, Hertfordshire.
It is the responsibility of the winner to use the voucher within 12 months.
There is no cash alternative. The prize cannot be transferred to another individual and is non-negotiable. The prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
The winner will be notified, using the details provided on entry into the prize draw, within 30 days and the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of first being contacted by the Promoter, then the winner shall forfeit their right to receive the prize and the Promoter shall select another winner at random, who will be offered the prize. This process may be repeated until such time as the prize can be awarded to a valid winner.
The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 30 days of the winner being contacted.
In the event that the winner fails to provide an address for delivery of the prize, rejects the offer of the prize, fails to meet the eligibility requirements or is otherwise disqualified or fails to comply with these terms and conditions, then the winner shall forfeit their right to receive the prize and the Promoter shall select another winner at random, who will be offered the prize. This process may be repeated until such time as the prize can be awarded to a valid winner.
Entrants accept that, if they win the prize, the Promoter shall have the right to use their name and town of residence for promotional purposes. The name of the prize winner may be published on this website.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or alter its terms and conditions at any time. The competition may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
In the event of a discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the details in any promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided, or referred to, at the time of entry), the details of these terms and conditions shall prevail. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
